Light to Medium Strength. Earthy Sweet.
The Formosa Oolong from Taiwan presents a classical tea with slightly earthly and sweet flavours and lovely light amber cup. The Taiwanese are masters of oolong and this tea represents all that is good about what they do. Instructions
1 heaped teaspoon per 200ml cup. Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celsius. (just add a splash of cold water.) Steep for 2-3 mins then pour. Size
