ORGANIC WHITE TEA

A Premium quality white tea with a very mild taste. White tea leaves are the first three leaves picked from each tea bush and the least oxidised of all types of tea. A smooth taste and delicate fragrance. Grown in the high mountain tea estates, located more than 1,500 metres above sea level where the growing conditions are almost perfect and the gardens are covered by mist throughout much of the year. Harvested in April. Instructions

Place 1/2 to 1 tsp of tea per 200ml cup into a tea pot or infuser with water just off the boil for 1 min. Steep for 2-3 mins then pout. The tea leaves can be infused several times. Drink 1-3 cups per day. May be sweetened with honey if desired. Size
