Lumina Lamb (previously named Te Mana) - Square Cut Shoulder is a fantastic cut slow cooked on the BBQ or in the oven.

Hailing from New Zealand hill and high country, Lumina lamb is 100% natural, free range, grass-fed and finished on specially cultivated chicory herb pastures.

The meat itself is finely marbled and offers excellent health attributes, as well as unrivalled tenderness, texture and taste.

Lumina Lamb is aged for 21 days.
