Our natural magnesium chloride flakes are harvested from the Tibetan Plateau and processed using traditional solar methods.
Magnesium is said to help calm nerves and assist with feelings of stress.
Magnesium flakes can be simply added to a bath or diluted with water to create 'Magnesium Oil' for topical application. We also offer Magnesium Oil as a ready-to-use solution.
Usage Add 1 - 3 cups to warm bath water, soaking for a minimum of 20 minutes.
