Vietnamese Style Noodle Slaw

Our a crowd favourite, known for its vibrant, tangy flavours and fresh, crisp textures. This zesty salad is a staple at Punnet, forming the base of our famous pork belly salad, and is sure to bring a refreshing twist to any meal.

Shredded red cabbage, pickled carrot, rice noodles, mint and coriander. Tossed together with a tangy nuoc cham dressing and garnished with crispy shallots and roasted peanuts.

This dressing contains fish sauce.

Full sized salads serve 14-16 as sides

- Please write in the comment section what date and time you will be picking up your catering, and any dietary requirements

- Our catering is served dressed and ready to eat. Please specify if you are not going to eat this straight away and we can provide heating and dressing instructions. Please note pickups by 3pm.
