Protein Salads - Share Salad

Punnet’s protein salads use only the freshest veggie’s and quality meat from Magills Butchery in Te Awamutu. Ideal for a corporate lunch, with the option to have the salad individually boxed or to share. Pair our salad options with a sandwich and savoury box for the ultimate lunch shout.

Thai Beef Salad:
Soba noodles, red cabbage, pickled carrot, mint, coriander and red onion tossed through a punchy thai style dressing, served underneath medium rare sirloin and garnished with crispy shallots and roasted peanuts. (GFO, DF, NFO)

Chicken Caesar Salad:
Crunchy cos, shaved parmesan, crispy Vandy’s bacon and sourdough croutons tossed through a creamy caesar dressing, topped with a golden chicken breast and boiled egg. (GFO, NF)
