Borage oil is a vegetable oil and has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, including gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is extracted from borage plant seeds and it is a natural source of these fatty acids. Borage has the highest content of gamma-linolenic acid among all herbs. It protects cells from oxidative stress. Borretschol- Kapselin can be taken daily giving 240mg of valuable gamma-linolenic acid per day.
