Mindful Moments Retreat Terms

- Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments, your therapy treatment and course materials.
- Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEPENT & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

- For any cancellations received in writing no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Mindful Moments Retreat, you will receive a 90% refund. An administration fee of 10% of the fee will be retained by Polynesian Spa for all permitted cancellations. No refund or credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within thirteen (13) days (inclusive) of the Mindful Moments Retreat.
- If you fall sick within thirteen (13) days (inclusive) of the Mindful Moments Retreat and are unable to attend or enjoy a treatment, then you may substitute your registration to another delegate by providing notice to Polynesian Spa five (5) days (inclusive) of...
