A 2m tall 2D Tree. Perfect contrasting against a clear wall. The tree is wired up, you can unwind them on lower sections of the now-hardened branches then use the wire to focus on training the new growth across summer. The name ficus religiosa refers to this being the same tree Buddha sits beneath

Suits floor positions in a well lit room, ideally high ceiling and large windows.

Position:
Indoors bright indirect light, ideally from 2 or more walls with windows or near a window position but avoiding summer afternoon sun
Outdoors Bright shade to direct morning/evening sun for best results.

Keep in its pot, they are a huge tree with equally huge roots when planted in ground so are not suitable for the suburbs.

Care:
Water when soil is half dry, reduce frequency in winter. Doesn’t want to fully dry out but this is one tough figgie

Prune back every second node once or twice a year from sprint to autumn to make it bushier overall or in a particular section. You can use bonsai wire to make it your own shape or let it grow in its natural response to the light. Pluck older leaves off if desired
