We are very excited to be tasting this new harvest by longtime cooperative partners, GUAYA'B (since '08). This light filter is a very complex and exceptional brew with many interesting fruity flavours and a tea like body. This harvest has plenty of fruit notes present; yellow apple, tangerine and goji berry with a lemon tea twist. Earl grey tea is both a flavour and a mouthfeel, and prominent caramel notes provide a sweet persistent finish. Learn more about GUAYA'B.
