our ara II ink drawing was inspired by traditional maori harakeke (flax) weaving, used in toitoi thatch ceiling panels. ara is the maori translation for a line of weaving. the ara II print is part of the guardian collection.

available in three natural textile options of linen, silk, or ramie, print and texture is the focus. our linen is durable, textured and softens over time. silk is fine, smooth and cool to the touch. ramie is finely textured, lightly translucent and offering an iridescent dimension to the print.
