DIRECTIONS

Shake well before use.

Contents will settle, does not contain emulsifier.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml

Take 30 minutes before bed.

Repeat if needed to a maximum of 6 doses in a 24 hour period.
