The SS311T Smoker Probe uses a standard 1/2″ NPT threading, which is standard with most analog temperature dials / gauges. As such this probe can easily replace an analog dial using the existing threading in some smokers.
SS311T – Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications
