TURKEY TAIL GRAIN SPAWN AND DOWELS

This native mushroom is prized not for culinary purposes, but rather for its active compounds. People around the world are flocking to the healing powers of the Turkey Tail fungus (Trametes versicolor). Instead of paying big bucks for fancy extracts, you can grow a great supply of premium quality turkey tail mushrooms at home - and know exactly where they came from. This is a native strain from New Zealand with great vigor and large fruit bodies. It is easy to make your own tea from fresh or dried turkey tails. Just gently simmer them in water for 30 mins to an hour. Tumeric and black pepper are popular additions to increase the potency of this medicine.

Can be grown on sawdust blocks or wood logs. One kilogram of grain spawn is enough to inoculate about four straw bags or sawdust blocks. Easy to grow. Vigorous.
