Ric has carved this drop beautifully to highlight the stone, its' striking edges allow the jade to present itself. This piece shows the characteristic mineral inclusions that give this jade its wonderful colour variations and make each piece unique. Nature at its best!

The drop shaped pendant is known as a comfort stone and is worn to soothe, heal and provide positive energy. In New Zealand this shape is called 'roimata' and is a stylised, softer version of the toki.
