TRIPLE TREAT

A contemporary triple koru pendant, carved in deer antler. This little beauty was carved for us by Anthony Bray-Heta.

is carved from a solid piece of deer antler, it is tough and made to be a constant companion - a 'put it on, don't take it off' kind of piece!

Bound with an adjustable Brown cord, you can position it where it suits you best.

The Koru: the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’. The unfurling frond itself is symbolic of new life, new beginnings, hope and rebirth.

Anthony is a New Zealand artist and carver working out of his Australian studio - he is an exceptionally talented designer and craftsman who learnt his carving with renowned Master Bone carver - Alan Nopera. He is also a skilled jeweller and combines these talents to produce interesting and eclectic pieces that are a joy to handle and wear.

Hand carved by Anthony Bray-Heta

Also included, one of our 'Kia Ora' cards, which explains the meaning behind the Koru design.
