Orange & Soy Marinade & Ham Glaze 250ml

This tasty combination of orange and soy make a gorgeous glaze for your Christmas ham and poultry. Warm the glaze gently and pour/brush over scored ham/poultry when half cooked (different ovens may require tin foil to prevent excessive browning). Marinate lamb chops for a couple of hours before baking - adds extra subtle flavour.
