NZAD is proud to offer the ultimate upgrade in clutches for Nissan TD42 Applications. This kit upgrades you from 275mm to a much larger 300mm clutch disc diameter. This kit is known as the Viper or LS conversion.

You will need your flywheel redrilled by an engineer or we can supply a resurfaced and redrilled standard flywheel Non Turbo Silvertop flywheel- Blacktop Factory Turbo will need to be sent to us, please expect a 7-10 day wait

For exchange flywheels we need your one in return, ring gear must be in good condition otherwise a core payment of $400 is required.

This 4WD clutch kit has a number of features, which make the product distinctly new

-The cover assembly incorporates a premium corrosion resistant finish, which exhibits resistance to oxidation over a prolonged period of time

-The pressure plate is manufactured from Spheroidal Graphite casting material which has yield strength 300% higher than standard castings it incorporates 4 Terrain Ultimate exclusive ER2 design technology that is precision machined with CAD/CAM technology.

- It increases the torque capacity of the cover assembly by an extra 8% and it assists with cooling which in-turn enables the friction material to operate at lower temperatures and incorporates greater clamp load than a standard cover assembly

- The clutch disc has a unique flywheel side Aramide friction material which exhibits 50% less wear than a conventional clutch disc’s friction material. This material also reduces the effects of fade.
