Janie Porter

New Zealand born Janie Porter has studied art in the UK, at the University of Fine Arts in Hanoi, Vietnam and in New Zealand. Porter works in various mediums and uses both palette knives and brushes to create different painterly effects in her pictures.

She has always been fascinated by birds and chooses to live near the sea in Diamond Harbour, Banks Peninsula.
