A unique and cherished shape which has enchanted the committee at Coupe du Monde de la Ptisserie in Lyon and which bears the signature of Japan team composed by Kazuhiro Nakayama, Junji Tokunaga and Shinichi Sugita. Now, thanks to Silikomart Professional, it is possible to reproduce this shape in your laboratory, both in a baked or semifreddo version.
