Superfine bladed turf grass unlike any of the others. Beautiful appearance. It’s a combination of 2 fine fescues and we think it’s the toughest of the turf grasses - yes tougher than tall fescue. Sun or shade it doesn't care and can be cut real short or left real long. It's dark green if happy but can get caught by fungus disease in humid conditions. Spray preventatively with fungus spray if you are in such a locality.
