Lifestream Spirulina Blue Extra Mini Tablets

Adults: 10 tablets (2.1g) daily
Children 6-12yrs: 5 tablets (1g) daily

If you have not taken spirulina before start with a lower dose of the tablets and build up to the daily dose.

Increased amounts up to 18 tablets (523mg) or 30 tablets (209mg) daily can be taken as advised by your healthcare professional.

Caution: If you have a very sensitive digestive system or may be one of the very few people who have an algae allergy, please check with your Healthcare Practitioner before using Lifestream Spirulina.
