An optional dramatic v-neck with tassel neckties for those who prefer a more higher neckline. We've added a fully adjustable drawstring waist so you cinch in for shape or wear more relaxed. Finished with a 7/8 length sleeves with a soft elasticated cuff. The skirt falls from the tie waist to a dramatic frill hem, making this head turner a mid length. Dress up with some heels and gold jewels. Or pair with your favourite slides and woven bag for strolls around the farmers market.
