The last in stock left from the highly popular 'Highlighted' kit, this tulle packs a punch! Vivid neon yellow, orange and magenta flowers sit on a blush beige tulle. The tulle has a mechanical stretch.

My pick of elastic colour to pair with this is spring green, light beige or hot pink.
