Relief spray can also be used in pregnancy to ease the discomfort of painful or swollen haemorrhoids. Spray "Relief" directly on the affected area or alternatively spray onto cotton balls, pop them in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge or freezer until required. Place a cooling relief soaked cotton ball on the affected area as required.

Application: Turn bottle upside down and spray affected area as required. For further cooling and soothing effect place bottle in the fridge between uses.
