AOF Mist Collector - 3 Phase With 'P' Filter AF-20-P

AOF oil mist collectors are specifically designed for mounting on machine tools for the elimination of mist, smoke & other toxins typical of wet machining operations in metal cutting applications. An optional activated carbon module can also reduce odours. Integrated with several patented technologies, these collectors have an oil capture efficiency of 99.97 - 99.99% and surpasses the European standard for environmental protection compliance. Unlike some collectors that rely on centrifugal impaction, these have a 4-way first stage filtering system that can intercept particles from over 0.1 micron. Normally equipped with a ‘S’ series (for water based coolants) or ‘P’ series (for water or oil based coolants) after filter made from glass fibre media that provides both long life & a final accuracy of 0.01 micron. Each collector is fitted with a pressure gauge indicating filtering efficiency.
