Easy to apply instructions:

Place elbow in centre of support

Wrap straps around arm, above and below elbow

Fasten straps

Sizing: Measure circumference of the elbow

One Size Fits Most: 10-18 in / 25-45 cm

Care:

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
