This Fair Trade Organic mix of Bourbon and Caturra varieties has a medium body with notes of butterscotch and red apple.

La Montaña is a regional lot sourced exclusively from the co-operative, Asociación de Productores Chirinos Coffee Peru. The Chirinos Coffee cooperative was founded in February 2018 and has over 115 association members in the San Ignacio Municipality.

Premiums from the FTO go towards several training initiatives such selective picking training and anaerobic processing training to improve the overall quality of the coffee. The premiums are also helping to subsidise fish breeding and agriculture programs to improve the livelihoods of its members.

The region's climate and volcanic soil, coupled with good farming practices, result in high-quality coffee such as this.
