Maisy Slub Navy Jacquard Cotton

This is a very special fabric - wonderfully soft jacquard cotton blend that has a quilted look and feel. Relatively thick but light weight - this fabric is a soft, woven fabric on the front side with a gauze backing. The linen and viscose content in this cloth means it has a slightly visible slub to it.

There is no batting in the middle of this cloth, the inside is made up of a series of thicker yarns which gives it the quilted feel.

This fabric is unique and can be used for a variety of projects - once you touch and feel this fabric your imagination will run riot. Projects that would suit this wonderfully soft project include sweater like tops such as The Fielder or Sidney Jumper, or overcoats and jackets such as The Hovea, The Nova Coat or Wrap Jacket, or it would make equally lovely throws, cushion covers, small bags and other light home decor projects.

Please note: There may be

- some colour variation between pieces, and colour graduation within a piece.
- some white slubs throughout the cloth, these are not flaws.
- do not leave in direct sunlight

Care: Wash cool. Do not tumble. Shake out and dry flat. Iron cool. We recommend overlocking the edges before washing to prevent fraying.
