The 160 college-ruled pages (7mm ruled lines using soy ink) of unbleached white paper are made from 100% post-consumer waste in blue with an adjacent margin in red, and are micro-perforated for easier and neat page removal. The covers are heavy card and the energy used in production is bio-gas, with a spiral bind for even easier note-taking! The inside cover features all kinds of witty, useful information and sketches.
