'As a person from the moana I like to reference to the connections from Niue to Aotearoa, the journey my grandparents took and the patterns in traditional and new Hiapo move between these places. The motifs from the past hold hands with the newly ones I created to share my memories and stories with Hiapo.

Existing in multitudes offers an insight to my position of being one of many transcending between generations through an ancient art form.
