Experience the exquisite taste of the freshest Pacific Oysters. Sustainably grown in the pristine Mahurangi Harbour. Each oyster is live and whole in its shell, ensuring top-quality freshness and flavour.

Small/Cocktail-size Oysters are grown in a basket for a more uniform shape; they are from 60mm to 80mm long.

Order by 6 p.m.: Place your order the night before harvest to ensure the freshest product. For instance, order by 6 p.m. Wednesday for a Thursday harvest and Friday delivery.

– Minimum Order: 2.5 dozen (30 oysters per tray). Orders can be made in increments:
– 1 = 2.5 dozen
– 2 = 5 dozen
– 3 = 7.5 dozen
– 4 = 10 dozen
