This simple pastry brush was designed and handcrafted with fine grain beechwood in Germany by a manufacturer with over 80 years' experience.

Material: Beech. FSC® certified. Natural Fibre Bristles.

Size: Small: 2.5 x 20.5cm (h), Large: 3.5 x 21cm (h)

For best care: Not safe for dishwasher use. Wipe with a damp cloth or hand wash with warm water and dry immediately. Do not soak. If required, polish with a food grade mineral oil or vegetable oil, this will hydrate the wood. Do not store in direct sunlight.
