Ginger Ale Soda Syrup

Handmade in Wellington, with loads of organic ginger and a sprinkling of black pepper for an extra hint of heat. Add a squeeze of fresh lime and a sprig of mint if you're feeling fancy.

This soda syrup is naturally sweetened with Fair Trade organic sugar and is free from artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. It's suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Makes 15 drinks and is a great, low-waste alternative to plastic bottles of ginger ale or ginger beer.
