Our Clean Green juice cleanse was developed to provide your body with potent plant nutrition — temporarily eliminating common inflammation triggers and giving your body a break from the stress of digesting dense foods. More than a detox, our cleanses are an opportunity to reinforce our immune system and energise the mind and body. The Pack Includes:

Our cleanse pack meals are made fresh each day, so for multiday cleanses you will receive a separate delivery for each day. The first cleanse will be dispatched in the afternoon of the start date you have selected. When this first cleanse arrives with you will depend on where you live:

Pick up and delivery

We recommend picking up from our Ponsonby cafe if you can - available for collection the morning after the date you choose. Little Bird Kitchen 1 Summer St (Rear Tenancy down Summer St) Ponsonby, Auckland

Date Selection
Your date selection is the day of dispatch. Auckland Metro cleanses are dispatched the afternoon of your selected date and delivered that evening. North Island customers will receive their items the following day of selected date.

Bottle Return Credits
We encourage our customers to make use of our bottle return system. Please rinse and return to Little Bird Kitchen for a 50c per bottle cafe credit. We sanitise and reuse all returned bottles. Credit must be redeemed at the time of return. Our bottle and tags can also be recycled. We will also gladly receive returned bottle tags, cold packs and chiller boxes. Further information

Introducing Nellie Pigot

Nellie spent eight years at an Integrated Holistic Medical Centre in Auckland.

Nellie Pigot practises as a holistic nutrition consultant in Ponsonby, Auckland — on a mission to break down the walls that constrict our view of diet, nourishment and supplementation. Nellie’s holistic approach and clinical experience coupled with her focus on plant-based nutrition, hormone and gut health ring true for us here at Little Bird Organics.
