We need a 3 day notice period to prepare your cleanse (from when you order). PICK UP AND DELIVERY INFORAMTION
Auckland pick-up: We recommend picking up from our Ponsonby café if you can (pick-up not available on Mondays).
Auckland delivery: Takes place between 6-9 pm on the delivery date selected, Monday – Friday delivery only.
North Island delivery: Takes place the day after the delivery date selected. Monday -Thursday delivery only. DATE SELECTION
Your date selection is the day of dispatch. Auckland Metro cleanses are dispatched the afternoon of your selected date and delivered that evening. North Island customers will receive their items the following day of selected date.

Our cleanse pack meals are made fresh each day, so for multiday cleanses you will receive a separate delivery for each day. The first cleanse will be dispatched in the afternoon of the start date you have selected. Recycling packaging
You’ll receive your order in one of Chilltainers which you can bring back to Little Bird Kitchen to be recycled along with the bottle tags. Make use of our bottle return system and bring back your rinsed bottles for a 50c credit to use at Little Bird Kitchen. Further information
