Cosmedix Refine Plus is a trans-retinol serum as potent as Retinoic Acid and with twice the vitamin A potency of Refine. It is chirally corrected to reduce irritation and photo sensitivity with increased effectiveness.

Essential for the generation and function of skin cells and collagen/elastin production, and improves skin’s texture, smoothness, and firmness. Helps dispersion of melanocytes bunching to break up stubborn hyper pigmentation.

Suitable for all forms of hyperpigmentation, hyperkeratinized, photo-damaged, aging, problematic skins and pre-peels.
