Organic Whole Husk Psyllium (seed husk)

Suggested Use: Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 240mL water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advised to ensure hydration. Precautions

Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Consuming this product without enough liquid can cause choking.
