Helium - To Fill 12" Latex Balloon

This is just for the helium to fill a 12" LATEX Balloon (normal party balloon). Balloon cost is an extra.

Hi-float is included in this cost. A latex balloon without Hi-Float will only last 7-8hr. A LATEX balloon with Hi-Float will last at least 2-3 days.

Please note: Temperature does also affect balloons and how long they last. Stored in a cool place is best.
