Giffard syrups are very popular in France. They are used to add a unique flavour to any drink - add to water, cocktails/mocktails, smoothies, granitas, fruit salads or ice cream. They are super versatile and long lasting - a little goes a long way!

Recipe idea: To create a refreshing mango, passion fruit drink, mix together 10mL mango syrup, 10mL passion fruit syrup and 120mL pineapple juice.
