Moreover, it is a waterproof treatment, so there are no chances of the solution being washed off if your cat comes in contact with water.

Neovela for cats can be also used on rabbits. It treats ear mites, sarcoptic mange, and cheyletiellosis (Cheyletiella sp.) in rabbits.

How does it work?

Neovela is a topical flea & worm treatment for cats and kittens. When you apply it on your kitten, the Selamectin present in it penetrates their skin and enters the bloodstream. Selamectin that gets distributed into the skin from the bloodstream kills fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae, and other external cat parasites. Selamectin is also an antihelmintic, so it treats and controls intestinal worms like hookworms and roundworms as well.

Directions:

- Remove the tube from the box.
- Twist off the cap by peeling the ring lock off, while holding it in an upright position.
- Part the hair of the cat at the back of its neck until the skin is visible.
- Empty the contents of the tube at the back of the neck of the cat.

Safety:

- Do not apply on broken skin
- Do not massage the solution after application
- Avoid contact with the application site until dry
- Do not bathe/wash the cat before two hours of application
