Keep in Touch

After the announcement of the second level four lockdown I went up to my studio and started a new painting, working on it well into the night.
In the darkness that evening, my new series “Connections" was born. I had wanted to explore this concept for a long time and COVID propelled me into action.
“Connections"or “ "is about checking in on your friends, family and community.
It signifies how lifting up the phone and talking makes that real interpersonal human connection - like we used to before the digital age of computers, mobile phones and texting.
