Kekoa bamboo cotton inserts have been designed to work effortlessly with your one-size nappy shells (premium or core).

This additional pack gives you spare inserts, great for when your nappy shells are dry but inserts need a little longer. Perfect as a back up when using your nappies as a snap-in system and inserts are wet, not soiled.

Set includes two high GSM inserts, one larger bamboo cotton and one smaller bifold/trifold bamboo terry which gives endless options at all size ranges.
