A curry that kids will love - our traditional Goan Caldinho curry with NO chilli! It is a mild ‘yellow curry’ with turmeric and few spices which I grind fresh just like Mum and Granny did. We cook this curry with veggies, fish or prawns and has light refreshing flavours with a hint of sweetness from coconut milk. I am excited to share our delicious Goan Caldinho curry with you!
