Enjoy making and decorating healthy Christmas treats with our Gingerbread People cookie mix Made with a mixture of spelt flour and wholemeal flour for extra goodness. Just add a couple of wet ingredients so you can have more time and less work creating fun designs on top!

You just need:
1 egg
5 tb golden syrup (or maple syrup)
4 tb coconut oil (or butter )
Butter is not dairy free
