Salted Caramel Sauce

 

Rich house-made caramel whipped with New Zealand butter and seasoned with Marlborough flaky salt. The very caramel used to make our most popular macaron of all time (Salted Butter Caramel) is captured in a jar.

Heat for a luxe sauce over chocolate ice-cream, swirl through chocolate brownie before baking, or simply eat straight from the jar.
