The Scooped Button Tabard is an essential garment that creates the layering effect with all of Two Blonde Bobs Tops and Tunic.  

The Tabard has 2 button holes at the corner of one side, front and back with a button on the alternative slit.  The Tabard can be worn several ways.  Either unbuttoned, which creates a longline look.  The Front and Back can be Buttoned to create a scoop.
