What this product does:

-Supports a healthy pregnancy
-Helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly
-Promotes healthy foetal development
-Supports healthy foetal brain development
-Helps enhance preconception and maternal health

Clinical evidence:

Routine supplementation with at least 400mcg folic acid per day is recommended prior to conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy, for the prevention of neutral tube defects. Further, 150mcg iodine per day is recommended during pregnancy, to support the baby's neuropsycological development.

Directions for use:

Adults: take 1 capsule daily (with or without food), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding – seek the advice of a healthcare practitioner before using.
