Six Barrel Soda Co. Classic Tonic Syrup 500ml

Six Barrel's Tonic Syrup is zesty and citrussy with a gentle bitterness and it’s not overly sweet. It’s made with fair-trade organic cane sugar, lemon juice, lemongrass, zest and contains quinine.

Use it for zesty G&Ts or for dry, grown-up non-alc drinks. Garnish with lemon, thyme or cucumber.

Tonic & Gin

Ingredients

- Classic Tonic Syrup 30mL
- Soda Water 100mL or so (from your Aarke machine or at-home sparkling water maker)
- Gin 30-45mL

Method
In a tall glass filled with ice add gin, our Classic Tonic syrup, top with soda water and garnish with lemon slices/peel, thyme, lemongrass or cucumber.
