Magnetic Ballast 230v

Without a ballast, you're growing nowhere fast with MH and HPS bulbs, as the ballast is needed to create the initial arc to get the gases reacting, and also regulates and supplies correct voltage to your lamp at start up, and during operation. Tried and true and still not going anywhere, magnetic ballasts have been used by growers for decades, and while the digital ballast is bathing in the spotlight these days, magnetic ballasts are still preferred by some and they do have benefits such as being more resistant to power surges, less prone to sputtering and interference from other electronics, and are cheaper for initial setup.

Available in two sizes:

- 400W
- 600W

Please Note: Ballast and bulb wattage MUST match!
Can be used with either HPS or MH bulbs - Just make sure the bulbs you are using correspond to the ballast. Eg: 400W for use with 400W ballast / 600W bulb for the 600W ballast.
